Hello, I’m Laura!

I am the one you book with if:

• You’re used to handling things yourself, but lately it’s getting harder. • You’re stressed, irritable, checked out, or more easily frustrated than you used to be. • You keep telling people you’re fine, even when you know you’re not. • Work, finances, relationships, or family responsibilities are weighing on you. • You’re exhausted but can’t seem to shut your brain off. • You’ve been pulling away from your partner, family, or friends instead of talking about what’s going on. • Anxiety or depression doesn’t necessarily feel like sadness. It looks more like anger, numbness, avoidance, or losing motivation. • You want practical support without feeling judged, analyzed, or expected to have all the right words.

I get that asking for help doesn’t come naturally to everyone. For many of the men I work with, therapy wasn’t exactly Plan A. They’re used to solving problems, pushing through, and being the person other people depend on. My job is to create a straightforward, down-to-earth space where you don’t need therapy language or a perfectly articulated explanation of what’s wrong. You can start with, “I just know something needs to change.”

Hi I’m Chelsey!

I’m the therapist you come to when something happened, changed, ended, or hurt and it’s still showing up in your life.

Maybe you’ve been through something you would call traumatic. Maybe you wouldn’t use that word at all.

You just know that you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore.

You’re more anxious. You second-guess yourself. You don’t trust your own decisions the way you used to. You’re easily overwhelmed, shut down, on edge, or disconnected. Maybe your relationships have changed. You’re struggling with boundaries, intimacy, trust, or letting people get close.

Or maybe life has handed you something you simply weren’t prepared for: a loss, a breakup, a betrayal, a major transition, or a relationship that suddenly looks very different than you thought it would. That’s the work I love doing.

I help people understand how difficult and traumatic experiences continue to affect the way they see themselves, their relationships, and the world around them and then we work on what actually helps them move forward

HI! I’m Amy,

When life or family feels harder than you thought it would. Life can bring stress, anxiety, conflict, and difficult experiences that affect how we feel, connect, and cope, both individually and at home.

Here’s where I come in, if any of these resonate with where you are at I am the one you come to.

• You’re overwhelmed by parenting and feel like you’re running on empty. • You and your partner keep fighting about the kids, discipline, boundaries, or different parenting styles. • You love your family, but parenting has left your relationship feeling disconnected. • You’re carrying too much of the parenting or emotional load and resentment is building. • Your family is stuck in conflict, poor communication, yelling, or shutting down. • Anxiety, overthinking, or big emotions are affecting your daily life and relationships. • Past trauma continues to affect how you feel, react, or connect, and you’re ready to work through it with EMDR. I also support individuals, couples, and families and offers therapy in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

I understand this work is deeply about relationships and the people we care about most. I get how you can love your family fiercely and still feel overwhelmed, frustrated, disconnected, or completely unsure of what to do next. My job is to help Individuals, couples and families understand what’s happening underneath the conflict, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier ways of relating that actually work in everyday life.

Hi I’m Cece!

I am the one you book with if:

• You want a couples therapist who will tell you the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. • You’ve had an affair or discovered one, and you need someone who really understands betrayal, not just communication skills. • You love each other, but years of resentment, hurt, avoidance, or disconnection have changed your relationship. • You keep having the same damn fight and you’re finally ready to understand what’s actually underneath it. • One of you is desperately trying to save the relationship while the other isn’t sure they want it anymore. • You’ve tried couples therapy before, talked everything to death, and somehow you’re still stuck. • You want someone who understands attachment and relationship patterns but won’t use them as an excuse for poor behaviour. • You want to be challenged, not just validated. • You want a therapist who won’t pick sides, tiptoe around the hard stuff, or pretend every relationship can or should be saved.

I’ve spent 16 years sitting with couples through betrayal, resentment, disconnection, separation, repair, and rebuilding. I’m The Compassionately Blunt Therapist for a reason. I care deeply about your relationship, and I’m also willing to say the thing that needs to be said. Because sometimes the most loving thing we can do for a relationship is stop dancing around the truth.
